Compact skid for continuous purified-water production.

This compact reverse osmosis unit produces stable, purified water for industrial sites regardless of variations in raw-water quality. It works by pushing feed water through semi-permeable membranes under pressure, which retain dissolved salts, suspended solids and most micro-organisms.

Delivered pre-assembled on a 316L stainless-steel skid, it connects to an existing treatment line within days: raw-water inlet, concentrate discharge, 380V/50Hz power supply. Pretreatment sized to the raw water's hardness and turbidity — fine filtration, softening or anti-scale dosing — protects the membranes and limits fouling.

Automatic controls regulate pressure and permeate flow continuously, with alarms on conductivity drift or abnormal pressure drop, the early signs of membrane fouling that call for a chemical cleaning-in-place (CIP).

It suits food-processing process water, low-pressure boiler feed, or pretreatment ahead of an ion-exchange demineralization stage. Our teams size the unit to your target flow rate and raw-water quality, and handle commissioning and ongoing maintenance — cleaning, membrane replacement and permeate-quality monitoring.
