Modular solution for biological treatment of industrial effluents.

This modular plant treats industrial effluent biologically before discharge to the sewer network, the environment, or on-site reuse. The process combines an activated-sludge stage, where aerobic bacteria break down dissolved organic matter, with final filtration that clarifies the treated water.

The whole unit ships containerized: aeration basins, settling and filtration are pre-assembled and factory-tested before shipping, cutting on-site construction time compared with traditional civil-engineering builds.

Its modular design lets you add parallel modules if the site's flow increases, without reworking the existing installation. Onboard controls continuously track dissolved oxygen, pH and basin levels, with alarm reporting on any drift.

It suits food-processing plants, packaging units and any industrial site generating organically loaded effluent. Our teams handle the sizing study based on effluent characterization (COD, BOD5, suspended solids), installation, commissioning, and post-startup analytical monitoring.
