A long-term contract with on-call standby enables a rapid response whenever needed, 24 hours a day.

The preventive-maintenance plan covers periodic checks of critical equipment — pumps, membranes, instrumentation — on a schedule agreed with the client, backed by a spare-parts stock sized to cover the most frequent failures without a supply lead time.

The 24/7 on-call standby guarantees a fast remote first diagnosis and, if needed, dispatch of a technician on site, limiting the length of production downtime linked to an incident on the treatment equipment.
