Instrumentation integration and supervision for plant monitoring.

The existing installations lacked real-time visibility, making operation difficult for production teams. SAFWAT integrated complete instrumentation and a centralized supervision system.

Operators now have a real-time view of critical parameters and can respond earlier to any drift.

The project covered installing sensors — flow, pressure, conductivity, level — at the process's critical points, feeding a centralized supervision station with data logging and a threshold-configurable alarm system.

The chosen architecture allows new measurement points to be added without a full system overhaul, leaving the site free to extend supervision to other production lines later on.
