Raw water is almost never usable as-is: hardness, chlorine, dissolved salts and suspended solids scale exchangers and foul membranes. We size the treatment chain from a real analysis of your water and your flow rates rather than from a catalogue — 5 to 20 m³/day for compact reverse osmosis, and up to 150 m³/day for ion-exchange demineralisation, reaching a residual conductivity below 0.2 µS/cm.

An effluent is treated for two reasons: discharge compliance, which sets a minimum target, and economics — past a certain volume, treated water becomes a resource again. Activated sludge, MBR/MBBR and polishing filtration are selected according to the real load and how much it varies. Our containerised modular plant covers 50 to 400 m³/day using activated sludge with filtration, with no heavy civil works and relocatable if your site changes.
Filtration, purification and air control systems for healthy, compliant industrial environments.
Effective filtration is built in stages: pre-filters capture coarse particles and preserve the terminal filters, which drives running cost as much as performance. Our systems reach HEPA H13 efficiency — at least 99.95% of particles at the most penetrating size — for air flow up to 10,000 m³/h, with remote monitoring of pressure drop so filters are replaced at the right moment.

An installation drifts slowly: a rising membrane pressure, a climbing conductivity, a pH out of range. None of these trigger a shutdown, but they wear equipment and degrade quality. The point is therefore not to add sensors but to install the right ones at the right places, with a calibration plan — an instrument whose calibration is never checked eventually produces a false reading that is trusted.

Corrective work depends mostly on what was prepared beforehand — availability of membranes, resins and filters, whose lead time often exceeds the intervention itself.
