A treatment plant is not something you pick from a catalogue. Two factories in the same sector can have radically different raw water — hardness, chlorides, organic load, metals — and an oversized train costs as much as an undersized one fails to meet its targets. So we start from a real analysis of your water and your flow rates before proposing a process.
We cover six domains: industrial water treatment, wastewater treatment, air treatment, instrumentation and control, maintenance, and consumables supply. Holding them under one responsibility avoids the most expensive situation in operation — the one where the process supplier, the installer and the maintainer each blame the others for a non-compliance.
Sizing takes the applicable regulations as an input from the start. Discharge to the water environment falls under NT 106.002, connection to the public sewer requires an ONAS discharge permit, and agricultural reuse falls under NT 106.03. Those limits determine the process, not the other way round: we treat them as a given and assemble the technical file that supports the permit application.
After commissioning, a plant’s performance depends on how it is run: membrane cleaning, resin regeneration, probe calibration, consumables management. We provide that maintenance both on the installations we build and on those we take over.
