Raw water — mains, borehole or groundwater — is almost never usable as-is in an industrial process. Depending on its origin it carries suspended solids, calcium and magnesium hardness, chlorine, dissolved salts, sometimes a bacterial load. Every one of those parameters has a cost: scaling in exchangers, corrosion in circuits, membrane fouling, or simply a non-compliant finished product.
Treatment is therefore less about "purifying" than about bringing water to exactly the quality level the process requires, and no further. Boiler feed water and food-grade rinse water call for neither the same technologies nor the same budget. That sizing exercise — based on a real analysis of your water and your flow rates — determines both the reliability and the running cost of the installation across its whole life.
Reverse osmosis (RO). High-pressure membrane filtration that retains dissolved salts and produces ultra-pure water. It is the reference process wherever conductivity must be low and stable. Our compact reverse osmosis unit treats 5 to 20 m³/day, in 316L stainless steel, on a 380V / 50Hz supply.
Ultrafiltration and nanofiltration. Lower-pressure membrane separation used for clarification, disinfection and polishing. Ultrafiltration removes suspended solids and bacteria; it frequently serves as pre-treatment upstream of reverse osmosis, protecting those membranes and extending their life.
Demineralisation and ion exchange. Exchange resins that capture dissolved ions to produce demineralised water for boilers and sensitive processes. Our automatically regenerating unit covers 10 to 150 m³/day and reaches a residual conductivity below 0.2 µS/cm.
Media filtration and softening. Pressurised sand and activated carbon filters for turbidity and chlorine, softening for hardness. Rarely sufficient on their own, these stages condition the water upstream and protect the membrane treatments behind them.
Study and audit. Analysis of your needs, your constraints and the water quality on site. This step determines everything that follows: without a real analysis of the feed water, any sizing is just a hypothesis.
Design and engineering. Tailor-made sizing and design of the solution best suited to your processes, accounting for peak flows, available space and operating constraints.
Construction and installation. Manufacturing, integration and installation by our qualified engineering teams, including pipework, instrumentation and connection to existing utilities.
Commissioning and follow-up. Start-up, training for your teams and a maintenance plan. A treatment plant is only reliable if it is operated correctly, which means your operators need to understand its control points.
Food and beverage — process water and sanitary quality, where water compliance directly determines that of the finished product. Pharmaceutical — purified water and controlled air, with the traceability and reproducibility requirements specific to the sector.
